Seeking a Building Maintenance Operative to work in an office block environment, in West London.
Joining a team to carry out duties to ensure that safety, health and environment issues are actioned, reported and*or otherwise dealt with.
Occasionally work may be required to be undertaken at other sites and physically assist in the moving of furniture* cabinets etc.
The successful candidate will have experience in at least some of the following:
General building repairs, carpentry, minor brickwork, gutter maintenance.
